But we know if the vitamins and nutrients that are in a pill can be absorbed better.

Its gonna be better things for your body that we don’t exactly understand.

Kids need vitamins especially for picky eaters, fast food junkies, vegetarian, or kids that are really active in sports, or lots of stress in their bodies.

So what are the vitamins you want? There are six to remember: Vitamins A, B, C, and D and then calcium and iron.

Most kids who are under stress in their body. For example, those kids with asthma are using a lot of their energy to stay healthy.

Give your kids Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, calcium, and iron to supplement the required nutrients needed by their bodies.

Recommended Vitamins for Kids

In his vlog, AbrahamThePharmacist says the Department of Health recommends all children aged 6 months to 5 years should also be given supplements.

These should contain vitamins A, C and D every day.

This advice has been in existence since the early 1990s when it was endorsed by the then committee on medical aspects of food policy.

However, if your child is having 500ml or more of infant formula a day, they do not need any children’s vitamin supplements as infant formula is fortified.

Vitamins and minerals also are essential for children’s good health.

Vitamin A: for growth, vision in dim light and healthy skin.

On the other hand, Vitamin C: helps maintain healthy tissue in the body.

Growing children may not get enough of these vitamins – especially those not eating a varied diet.

Breastfed babies from birth to one year of age should be given a daily supplement containing 8.5-10mcg of vitamin D to make sure they get enough.
