The Parmesan Garlic Bread is added to the buttered toast that a typical grilled cheese sandwiches have. The key to this recipe is using soft Italian bread yet the cooking time is only 15 mins. Spaghetti Grilled Cheese. That’s easy, Right? Immediately, let’s begin cooking!

INGREDIENTS

  • Italian/White Bread (any bread will do)
  • Leftover Spaghetti.
  • Mozzarella Cheese Slices.
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese.
  • Butter.
  • Garlic Powder.
  • Dried Parsley.


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir 1 cup sauce into spaghetti. Divide evenly into 5 servings. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. After placing one slice of bread onto the center section of your bottom waffle iron (buttered-side down), add one slice of cheese on top of the bread and a few small spoonfuls of sauce over pasta
  3. Add another slice of cheese on top and then top it with another slice of bread (buttered-side up) at the moment. Close waffle iron for the meantime. The waffle iron will not close all the way but you can press on it gently. Besides, it should sink down further as the sandwich cooks.
  4. Set your waffle iron to medium-high heat
  5. cook it until cheese is melted and when bread is dark golden brown as usual. Repeat steps 2-3 to make remaining sandwiches.
