Correct Dosage of Multivitamin
Calcium intake is critical to achieving strong healthy muscles, bones, and teeth.
But you need to take your calcium in combination with magnesium which balances any side effects of calcium like constipation.
Lastly, Vitamin D is required by our body to absorb calcium. But make sure to take it with a meal or glass of milk.
It needs fat to be absorbed through the gut. For maximum benefit taking about 600 milligrams of calcium for 100 milligrams magnesium and a thousand, I use international units of Vitamin D3.
In conclusion, we need all these three dosages together to supplement our daily dose of vitamins.
There may be a ton of information about the vitamins and minerals, but always remember to pick the right supplement to meet your daily needs.
