Office Based Customer Support
We are currently hiring for a full time position that may include the following:
- Provide timely and excellent customer support via chat on our various online platforms.
- Process orders into our computer system
- Outreach to bloggers and content creators for partnerships.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a relationship oriented person who focuses soley on solving customer problems to their satisfaction.
- Have excellent written communication skills in both English, Tagalog & Bisaya
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to solve problems that arise daily with the role without supervision
Work Week:
Normal Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-3pm local Cebu time
Office Location:
Mabolo, Cebu City near Ayala/SM City/IT park
Compensation:
15k/Month + bonus
12 days paid vacation per year (1 paid vacation days earned per month)
Wholesale program coordinator
We are currently hiring for a full time position that may include the following:
- Activity seek & build relationships with online and traditional retail outlets.
- Create and administer a re-seller program available to the public
- Travel and meet with potential large scale wholesale partners
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a relationship oriented leader with the ability to build interpersonal relationships with contacts with ease
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English, Tagalog & Bisaya
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to solve problems that arise daily with the role without supervision
Work Week:
Normal Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm local Cebu time
Occasional Weekend Work May Be Required As Needed
Office Location:
Central Cebu City near Ayala/SM City/IT park
Compensation:
Better than expected salary + commission
12 days paid vacation per year (1 paid vacation days earned per month)
